That sums up our group so well. I am proud to have helped assemble a fine group of realtors, a fine group of people into the Central Living Group. 

We willingly work long hours, long days but we can also be found enjoying ourselves at local sporting events, other functions or taking off to the mountains that we are so blessed to live close to. 

And yes, we have been known to have fun together. 

The group consists of Jenna Smith, Jessie Parsons and Ken Devoe.

Jenna Smith

Jenna was born and raised in Central Alberta.

Way back in 2007 she was a licensed realtor, worked a few years before taking some time to raise her family. In 2017 she came back to real estate in a management. In that role Jenna has seen everything a realtor can expect to see in the real estate community. In 2020 with her kids growing, the calling came back to her. She took the real estate course and got relicensed. We all have many roles, but Jenna excels in all of hers.  

In her spare time you can find her in the gym, running trails, climbing mountains or spending quality time with her husband, 4 kids, dog & cat.

Jenna has a calm demeanour, an experienced real estate past and knowledge of the entire Central Alberta market that will help you find the right home for you and your family.

Ken Devoe

I have been a full time licensed REALTOR® since March 2006. I am a past president with the Central Alberta Realtors Association overseeing the board in 2013. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® I spent time working in a Brain Injury facility and fifteen years at a coal mine in Grande Cache AB. Personally I am married to a wonderful lady Kelly and together we raised 6 kids and now have 10 grandkids. When my kids were young I coached, organized and volunteered at their hockey and baseball activities.

I am here to help when you need me.

Jessie Parsons

Hi, I'm Jessie.

I was born and raised right here in Alberta. Living in Fort McMurray, Cold Lake, and now settling in to Blackfalds has allowed me to really appreciate what Alberta has to offer. Most of my downtime in the spring and summer is spent camping with my family and exploring the diverse landscapes that surrounds us.

I really value my family – I'm a wife, a mom to two amazing daughters, and we've got a bunch of pets at home that keep things lively. Apart from family, I enjoy going to live music events, painting, and catching up with friends.

Community involvement is also a priority for me. Being recently appointed to the Blackfalds FCSS board not only grants me the opportunity to contribute to the community but also provides an insightful window into the future developments and initiatives shaping our local area. This knowledge allows me to better align my clients with neighbourhoods that meet their needs and aspirations. 

My unwavering commitment to work ethic, accountability, and honesty defines both my personal and professional values. Prioritizing your goals is paramount to me, whether it's helping you find your dream home or aiding in the sale of your property. I am dedicated to providing a seamless, transparent, and stress-free experience in every step of your real estate journey.
